Kath’s passion for the media industry has always been evident, and she even built a multi-award-winning Community Radio Station in the Ribble Valley, leading to her moving to Commercial Radio Directorships. Kath’s career has also seen her work as a News Correspondent for Commercial Radio, where she interviewed top celebrities and politicians, including the then Prime Minister. Her skills as a presenter were evident in her live radio shows, where she covered topics ranging from business and health & wellbeing to farming and countryside matters. As a Radio Station Director for both Bauer Media and The Wireless Group, Kath’s contribution and leadership were felt at the highest levels of the media industry. In addition to her impressive career in media, Kath is also a fantastic trainer and speaker. Her workshops are widely respected, and she loves nothing more than being invited to speak at business events and networking meetings sharing her passion for podcasting. Currently, Kath is the founder of Voice It! A podcast agency that has quickly become a leading voice in the ever-growing podcast world. Ana Bonasera

Ana Bonasera is a Reels mentor and ADHD Practitioner from Oxford. She is married and has four boys who all have neurodiverse needs and she gave birth to her first girl in May 2023. Since Ana was 18 she has known she wanted to work for herself and over 14 years has experienced a variety of business models. At 21 she was a newly single mother to three children under 18 months and has been self employed ever since. At a young age Ana struggled with school work and fitting in with friendship groups, she passed all the dyslexia tests and no one could explain the challenges she had. As she got older she learned to be a chameleon blending in with different friendship groups, she later realised that she was masking just to fit in. When lockdown hit and TikTok rapidly grew she started to learn more about ADHD and ASD presenting in women and finally she started to realise that her “personality flaws” were actually a part of her neurodivergent brain. At 31 (32 after May) she’s now waiting for a diagnosis and qualified as an ADHD practitioner to help over neurodivergent women in business over come the battles of living with a disability. Ana is passionate about helping women show up online feeling confident on camera with Instagram Reels to get the visibility and success they deserve without taking away from their precious time with their loved ones. You can usually find Ana walking in the woods with her family and their Mollie dog or kitchen disco dancing with a glass of Prosecco.
