This Guest Speaker Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on the date the form below is submitted.

Pink Fizz Social (the “Organizer”), located at 7 Boundary Edge, Edenfield, Bury, BL0 0GX, and the guest speaker completing the form (the “Speaker”).

Event Details:

Event Name: Social Impact Live 2025

Event Date: Friday 10th October 2025

Event Location: Mercure Blackburn Dunkenhalgh Hotel & Spa

The Organiser and the Speaker agree to the following terms:

1. Promotion Commitment

• The Speaker agrees to promote the event and ticket link on their social media channels and newsletters at least twice a month leading up to the event.
• The Organizer reserves the right to remove the Speaker from the event if the Organizer deems that sufficient promotion efforts are not made.

2. Optional Table Purchase

• While not compulsory, the Speaker is encouraged to purchase a table of 8 premium tickets for the event to sell to their audience. The ticket purchase link will be provided by the Organiser.  A £200 affiliate payment will be made to the Speaker on each table sold.

3. Cancellation Policy

• If the Speaker withdraws from the event within 4 weeks of the event date, the Speaker agrees to pay a cancellation fee of £400 to cover the costs of reprinting programs and materials.

4. Event Attendance

• The Speaker agrees to attend the event on the specified date and will arrive no later than 8:00 AM on the day of the event.

5. Speaker Tickets

• The Speaker will receive 1 premium ticket for themselves, which grants access to the event.

6. Promotion by the Organizer

• The Organiser will promote the Speaker across their social media outlets from the time this Agreement is digitally signed until the event date.

7. Sales from the Stage

• The Speaker agrees that no direct sales will be made from the stage during their presentation. However, a QR code or link directing attendees to a ‘freebie’ or resource on the Speaker’s website may be included in the Speaker’s slideshow.

8. Presentation Materials

• The Speaker agrees to provide their presentation slides in a 16:9 ratio, created using Canva.
• The Canva link to the slides must be submitted to the Organiser no later than 31st August 2025.
• Pre agreed timings for each speaker will be confirmed outside of this agreement

9. Arrival Time

• The Speaker must arrive at the event venue no later than 8:00 AM on the day of the event to prepare for their presentation.

10. General Terms

• This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Organiser and the Speaker and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements, whether oral or written.
• Any amendments or changes to this Agreement must be in writing and agreed by both parties.
